Decade by decade, this exhibition traces the footsteps of Joan Miró's obsession for the female universe, from 1919-1981, through painting, drawing, sculpture, graphic art, photography and images and objects from his studies in Palma de Mallorca: the Sert Workshop and Son Boter.
In assembly, the initial chronology adapts to the techniques of separating the paper from the oils. On one wall, a series of nine oil paintings of female figures play in a random distribution, to make up one single piece.
