The Collection Arte Siglo XX

MACA celebrates the 40th anniversary of the Arte Siglo XX Collection with the exhibition of all the works that compose it and that never before have been shown in full. Composed by one hundred and seventy seven works of one hundred and seventeen artists and covering a temporal arc from the twenties to the beginning of the eighties.

Before entering the hall, a new wall is built where a large graphic composition connects the interior of the room with the external reception space.

The difficulty of the assembly was the small size of the room to accommodate the entire work. It is decided not to build false walls that will increase the wall surface, and a work is done to fit the works, which achieves a powerful wall composition that can be seen from any point in the room.

For the design of the graphic communication, a palette of beige tones for the background and white and blue as contrast colors was chosen as in the room.
